Hi Pam,
Section 19:
https://librivox.org/uploads/knotyouraveragejo/earlydiaryvol2_19_burney_128kb.mp3
This section repeats some contents of Fanny's diary for Mr Crisp. I thought it best to go along with the text rather than to edit it. Let me know if you think otherwise.
Best,
Barbara

Hi Barbara,
Section 19 is PL OK.
It seemed fine and I was very happy to get a glimpse of Lord Sandwich, having recently read his biography. Footnotes were helpful, too.

Hi Pam,
Section 23:
https://librivox.org/uploads/knotyouraveragejo/earlydiaryvol2_23_burney_128kb.mp3
It contains one of Fanny's most quoted descriptions, at least one that I have encountered a few times.
Have a guess of whom.

Hi Barbara,
Section 23 is PL OK,
Dr. Johnson, on whom you are a great expert, and Mrs. Thrale!
Here Johnson’s Tourette’s is well-depicted. He also painfully suffered the OCD which often accompanies Tourette’s syndrome.
