This project is now complete! The audio is included in song #18 "Silent Night," in the Multilingual Christmas Carol Collection 2018 catalog page: https://librivox.org/christmas-carol-collection-2018/

Melody by Franz Xaver Gruber; lyrics by Joseph Mohr

Let's join our voices in LibriVox's first Christmas choir! The goal is to get as many audio files as possible!

Instructions:
For everyone’s timing to be as similar as possible, when you are recording the song,
please wear headphones/earbuds and listen to the audio file linked below, and sing along with it.

Yes, that's right. :) Just the lyrics quoted in the first post. They will be added to the beginning of the English version.

Well, I had a bit of trouble reaching the high notes, I have to admit (a tad bit out of my comfort zone  ). I certainly hope I will have some support from the German speaking community out there! :D

Would be nice to get some men's voices, too. And of course still more women's voices :)
