Thoughts are Things by Prentice Mulford (1834–1891)

This project is now complete! All audio files can be found on the catalog page for this project: https://librivox.org/thoughts-are-things-by-prentice-mulford/
Prentice Mulford was also instrumental in the founding of the popular philosophy, New Thought, along with other notable writers including Ralph Waldo Emerson. Mulford's book, Thoughts are Things, served as a guide to this new belief system and is still popular today. (Introduction by Wikipedia)
  • Target completion date: 1/1/2011
  • Text source (only read from this text!): http://www.feedbooks.com/book/5011/thoughts-are-things
  • Type of proof-listening required (Note: please read the PL FAQ): Standard

IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the amount of languishing projects (and hence the amount of files on our hard-pressed server), we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't managed to record anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project will be opened up to a group project as soon as a Book Coordinator can be found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to have it re-instated).

Hi Carolin,

Rev. James Acker was specified as the initial DPL. He is a friend, and still willing to help me. I should have mentioned this earlier-- thank you so much for asking! I will be uploading chapters shortly.
